Since joining CSU, I have earned my Masters in Business Administration, my wife finished her bachelor’s degree, and we both have experienced God’s incredible blessing through the birth of our baby girl! Hey! My name is Mike Smith, and I graduated from Charleston Southern in May 2005 with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a minor in Business Admin. After working in sales since graduation I jumped at the chance to return to my alma mater as an Enrollment Counselor in August 2007.

My four years at Charleston Southern were quite honestly the greatest four years of my life. My experiences here are ones that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. The tight knit community the university offers is one of a kind. One of the greatest things about CSU is the small town atmosphere where everyone knows everyone. The professors are very generous with their time and will take the time out to get to know each and every one of their students. The Christian atmosphere that CSU offers is amazing and no doubt helped me become the person I am today.

I was showered with knowledge and wisdom while at Charleston Southern. The best part about the school is its small family style network. I was active in the music program, Campus Crusade for Christ, as well as other ministry teams while at CSU. The faculty, staff, and students work hand in hand to perfect the learning environment as well as to remain focused on the school's Christian focus. As a student at Charleston Southern, I always knew that I was a part of a special place. Since the campus was so small, it was easy to feel at home. Throughout my years at CSU, I made lifelong friendships with great people who God used to minister to me through the tough college years. I was also blessed to have wonderful relationships with some of the faculty and staff here. The faculty and staff genuinely care about you and will make time to help you with any problems you may be facing. This quality is definitely something that is unique to a small school.

Hi! My name is Jeremy Pollett, I graduated from Charleston Southern in May 2007 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in History. After a brief stay in Atlanta I had the opportunity to move back to Charleston and work with enrollment team here at CSU in June, 2008.

While a student at CSU I enjoyed the connected community of students and was able to actively participate in several different facets of life. Most of my time at CSU I worked with Campus Crusade and other local churches affiliated with the school.
