Introducing the new CSU Support! Here you will find support for Administrative Services & University
Relations. You can submit work orders in regards to the following areas:
Administrative Services: General Technology, Reports, Blackboard, & Audio Visual
University Relations: Website, Design/Printing, Photography/News
1. Login with your network username and password (i.e., webmail login).
2. After logging in, you will land on the Help Desk tab by default. In order to submit a new work order click the "+New" button.
3. From this page, you can choose which area you would like to submit a work order for support.
4. To submit a work order, fill out the necessary fields. Note the required fields: Subject, Category, Phone, & Department. Leave as much detail in the comments as possible, submit any attachments (i.e., screenshots, reports, design ideas, emails) and click Save.
5. Once you click "Save", You will get an auto generated email detailing your new work order creation with a link so you can access it from anywhere, anytime.
