SPEC October 9, 2008 (Initial meeting to
review implementation of current initiatives and approve
the meeting schedule for AY 2007-2008)
Call for Strategic Initiatives will be distributed via
email on 13 October and will be due to VP for Planning by
17 November.
Call for Operating Budgets will be distributed via email
on 17 October and will be due to VP for Business Affairs
by 10 November.
SPEC January 15, 2009 (Present new strategic
initiatives with research based supporting data and establish
an agenda for the February retreat)
SPC February 5, 2009 (Review updates to
the strategic plan and seek an initial prioritization for
new strategic initiatives)
SPEC Retreat February 12-13, 2009 (Seabrook
Island)
SPC March 5 2009 (Review final strategic
plan and recommendations for strategic funding for AY 2008-2009)
Town Hall March 19, 2009 (Present proposed
plan and funding to receive
Meeting input from campus community)
SPEC March 26, 2009 (Revise plan based
on feedback) If necessary.
