Daniel Lovasz is an instructor teaching at the undergraduate level in the Derry Patterson Wingo School of Nursing at Charleston Southern University.  He received his bachelor of science of nursing from University of Maryland, his master of science in nursing informatics from the University of Maryland in Baltimore, and his post-master certificate as nurse educator from Florida State University.

Daniel Lovasz is also an officer in US Army Reserves in charge with unit mobilization, officers’ training time, and CLS. Mr. Lovasz has over 13 years experience in geriatric, critical care, medical/surgical, and psychiatric mental health nursing.

Prior becoming a faculty at CSU, Mr. Lovasz was clinical research coordinator in a military hospital in Germany, focusing on traumatic brain injuries and post-traumatic stress disorders. He is a member of the Army Nurse Corps and the Florida Nurses Association.
