Welcome,
Psi
Chi is the National Honor Society for Psychology. To find
an application for Psi Chi membership, see Membership.
Applications are due on September 30 in the Fall semester
and February 21 in the Spring semester. National dues are
now $35 and chapter dues are still only $5.
Psychology
club is the campus organization for anyone interested in
psychology,
service, food, and fun! Let one of the officers
know if you are interested in joining the Psychology club.
There is a $5 one time fee. Both organizations meet on
Friday at 12:30 in Ashby Hall Room 110.
Keeping
your eye on the sky means that we aim, as a chapter and
as leaders,
to help our members reach their goals both
now and in the future. We hope to address the ideals
of Charleston Southern University as a Christian university
as well as
the ideals of the national organization. To do this,
we
need dedicated students LIKE YOU to become and remain
active.
To
learn more about what Psi Chi and The Psychology Club are
doing, see our Semester Schedule. Highlights in
the
Fall include the Low Country Alzheimer's Walk and the
Susan P.
Komen Race for the Cure. Highlights in the Spring include
the Carolinas Undergraduate Psychology Conference in
Raleigh, North Carolina and the Southeastern Psychological
Association
Conference held in various cities through the southeast.
Think
about becoming an officer yourself! Holding an office
is a great way to get to know your classmates
and to impress
graduate schools and prospective bosses with your
leadership abilities!
Contact
an officer or Christina Sinisi at 863-7150, csinisi@csuiv.edu or Rachel Walker, rwalker@csuniv.edu for more information
about this club.
