Officer Positions
You
must be a member of Psi Chi to hold one of the following
positions:
President: The President shall serve as official spokesperson for
the
Society, make arrangements for and preside at the
national convention, call and preside at meetings of the
National Council, appoint the members of national committees,
and provide leadership and general supervision of the Society.
The President shall be ex officio a member of all committees
except the Nomination/Election Committee.
Vice
President: The Vice-Presidents shall serve as the principal
administrative officers of their respective regions. They
shall make arrangements for and preside at the annual meetings
in their regions, and have such other duties as may be determined
by the President or the National Council.
Secretary: The secretary will attend all meetings and take attendance
and minutes. They will also prepare and organize
for induction for each semester.
Treasurer: The Treasurer is responsible for balancing the club budget
and keeping a journal on the clubs finances and
recites for reimbursements
Additional
Officers: (You do not have to be a member of Psi Chi to
hold one of these positions)
Service
Project Chair: Responsible for organizing
and scheduling service project events
Photographer: Responsible for attending and photographing
events
Publicity: Responsible for putting out flyers that advertise
our meetings
Website Chair: responsible
to web site maintenance, layout, and design
Bulletin Board Chair: responsible
for bulletin board layout, design, and keeping the bulletin
board up to date
Historian: Responsible for gathering material that will be
used in yearly scrapbook
