The Master of Science in clinical counseling program at Charleston Southern University develops students to be clinically competent and biblically sound counselors.
Starting your path to becoming a clinical counselor can be exciting and overwhelming at the same time. Students will be provided with an engaging learning environment and the tools necessary for fostering relationships with peers, faculty, staff and employers.
Step 1 : Review Application Requirements
The following requirements must be met to be eligible to apply for the program:
- Online Application
- Personal Statement
- Official Transcripts
- Three Letters of Recommendation
- Official MAT score*
- 3.0 Cumulative GPA
- On-Campus Interview
- 12 Undergraduate Hours in Psychology or related subject
*An undergraduate GPA of 3.0, or another Master’s degree or 15 graduate credit hours with a 3.0 that may be substituted.
