Dr. Mark Rieman is an Associate Professor of Accounting and earned his Doctor of Philosophy in accounting from Washington State University in 2003. He has been teaching at the collegiate level for 21 years. Rieman also earned a Certification as a Managerial Accountant in 2008. He has numerous academic publications and presentations. Rieman has been an active member of his church and tries to find ways the Lord wants him to serve through loving and helping others. He particularly likes helping his students in whatever ways he can to help them become better servants of the Lord in their careers. Born in New Jersey, his family soon moved to the Black Hills of South Dakota where he grew up. For those of you who have no idea where that is, Mt. Rushmore as well as the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally are there. Rieman is a die-hard fan of the Dallas Cowboys, loves playing fantasy football, golf, and pool (billiards), and has fun doing all sorts of things with his loving wife, Carol.

Your Purpose. Our Mission.

To train my students to not only be good at what they do for a career but also in loving others in ways that will glorify our Lord in heaven.
