The EdD is designed to provide current and aspiring leaders with the opportunity to pursue a professional doctoral degree. The program will accept applications starting July 1, 2018. The inaugural cohort of 20 students will begin in January 2019, with completion in December 2021.
The program will consist of 60 semester hours. Courses will be offered in traditional on-campus or hybrid formats, with courses meeting on evenings and weekends. Students usually take one course per term. Courses include a leadership core, a cognate, the research core and concludes with the defense of the dissertation.
