Students, faculty and staff gather in the Lightsey Chapel Auditorium for Chapel at 11 a.m. on Wednesdays. The purpose of CSU Chapel is to provide the university with a corporate worship experience connecting the campus community with the thoughts and heart of Jesus Christ, creating a generation to live for His name.
CSU students have served the community by tutoring children, building homes in low income areas with Habitat for Humanity, assisting the elderly, socializing animals at animal shelters, being a museum docent, performing habitat restoration, contributing to the operations of volunteer fire departments and emergency services, or helping with civic beautification.
