Bachelor of Science (BS), Political Science

The Bachelor of Science in political science at Charleston Southern University seeks to develop students’ skills in critical thinking, interdisciplinary research and oral and written communication through political study and investigation. The political science program offers a wide selection of in-depth courses including American government, local and state government, international relations and Christian political thought. Gain knowledge which may translate into careers in law, journalism, government service, political consulting and public relations. Beginning with the junior year, students will have the option to serve as interns in governmental offices, law firms, and more.
