The College of Humanities and Social Sciences is the largest college on campus and prepares students to think more critically and find their purpose. Our faculty lead programs in areas of communication, criminal justice, English, foreign languages, history, political science, psychology, sociology and fine arts. The Horton School of Music is housed in our college and offers degrees and opportunities for all students to participate.
Located in one of the fastest growing areas of the United States, the Charleston metro area offers ample opportunity for internships and a deeper dive in your field of interest. It is an area rich in culture and history, and quickly becoming a global melting pot.
