Step Into Leadership

The Master of Arts in organizational leadership at Charleston Southern University focuses on cultivating leadership skills for professionals who need to learn how to more effectively lead and manage people in business, nonprofits or government. Special attention is given to critical leadership competencies including personal growth, interpersonal skills, communication, alignment of values, organizational change and executive decision-making. The organizational leadership degree program is designed with the working professional in mind. Courses are offered year-round with the options of on-campus, online or hybrid delivery methods each semester.

Specifically regarding the MA in organizational leadership program, these courses will enrich the student’s life with leadership principles necessary for any endeavor they choose to pursue. Our focus on servant leadership is certain to provide the student with the building blocks of a successful career.

Students in the organizational leadership program often find opportunities for advancement within their firm through positions such as: Group Leader, HR Manager, Employee Relations Manager and Training and Development Specialist.
