Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM)
Charleston Southern University has partnered with SHRM®, a globally recognized HR professional organization, to provide current, relevant, and industry-specific information for the aspiring HR leader. The SHRM Learning System® is incorporated into the program’s capstone class, preparing graduates to sit for the SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification exam. Our program boasts a near perfect pass rate on the SHRM certification exam, reflecting the high quality of our curriculum and instruction. The courses are taught largely by doctorally-qualified faculty who have also operated at senior levels within Fortune 500 companies, ensuring that students receive both academic excellence and practical industry insights.
