Sweet 16 line-up for 2021-22
Charleston Southern University Office of Student Life has unveiled the upcoming academic year’s Sweet 16 events. Last year, the student body voted for new events and chose their favorites from previous years too.
New events include a Fall Dance, Oyster Festival, outdoor concerts and more! Registration for events open as early as midnight on July 15, 2021. Space will be limited for most events.
Fall 2021
- August 21 – Bucky’s Welcome
- August 28 – Come Cruise with Me
- September 11 – Whirlin’ Waters Take-Over
- October 2 – Footloose and Fancy
- October 15 – Densonville
- October 29 – BucTober
- November 8 – Christmas at CSU
- November 18 – OCC Packing Party

Jenna Johnson serves as executive director of marketing and communication and chief communication officer at Charleston Southern University, where she has led strategic marketing initiatives since 2017. A graduate of Clemson University and CSU, her career spans media relations, brand management, and nonprofit leadership, earning recognition as one of Charleston’s Forty Under 40 and Best & Brightest 35 and Under.
