Charleston Southern University received notification today that the CSU employee tested for COVID-19 two weeks ago has tested negative for the virus.

“We praise God for this good news for our valued teammate and continue to pray for a swift end to this virus and its effects,” President Dondi Costin said.

At this time, there are still no confirmed cases of COVID-19 associated with the university. Only essential personnel occupy the Hunter Center and other areas of campus until health officials relax social distancing guidelines in our region. University operations continue uninterrupted as the CSU team works remotely. Please follow charlestonsouthern.edu and CSU social media for the latest updates.
