About William Ashby
Dr. William (Todd) Ashby serves as the dean of the College of Science and Mathematics. Prior to serving as dean, Dr. Ashby was associate dean (for the College of Science and Mathematics) and chair of the Department of Mathematical Sciences. Dr. Ashby holds a PhD in mathematics from the University of Kentucky and a BA and MS in mathematics from Western Kentucky University. Dr. Ashby is also a graduate of Harvard Graduate School in Education’s Institute for Management and Leadership in Education. His academic research focuses on graded principal ideal domains and graded torsion free covering modules.
