About Nathan Martin
Dr. Nathan Martin is an associate professor of history at Charleston Southern. His research interests include early modern European history as well as diplomatic history. He received a PhD from the University of Nebraska in 2008, and has taught at Charleston Southern University since 2008. In 2014, he assisted in the development and administration of the Experiential Learning Initiative.
"I choose to continue to work at CSU because I believe God has called me to be here at the institution. Charleston Southern gives me an opportunity to integrate faith into the classroom, and this is not an option in public institutions."
