About Ross Parker
Ross Parker has served as a professor of Christian Studies at Charleston Southern since the fall of 2014. Dr. Parker earned his PhD in Philosophy from Baylor University in 2014. His area of academic research has focused on responding to the Argument from Divine Hiddenness against God’s Existence, with Parker having published articles on this topic in academic Philosophy journals. More broadly, Dr. Parker’s academic interests focus on the reasonableness of Christian belief.
"I want the students in my classes to see that they can be confident that the Christian Faith is true and that they can know that it is true. This confidence allows students to grow in their faith and be ready to share their faith with others, fulfilling Christ’s great commission in their dorms and around the world."
