About Mary Trageser

Mary Trageser, PA-C earned her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of South Carolina in 2012. She then went on to earn her Master of Medical Science degree from the University of South Florida in 2013. For the next five years, she taught high school, primarily in the Project Lead the Way Biomedical Sciences program, in Newberry County, SC and Clarendon County, SC. She then returned to school to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2021. After graduation, Professor Trageser joined the Division of Endocrinology at MUSC with special interest in endocrine solid tumors. She also served as a clinical preceptor during that time.

Professor Trageser is excited to join the faculty of the CSU PA program and return to the classroom. She feels privileged to have the honor of guiding the next generation of PAs to further their medical knowledge and their faith. Outside of the classroom, Professor Trageser enjoys spending time with her husband and son. You can often find them watching Saturday afternoon football, swimming, or planning their next vacation (probably to Disney World).
