"I go the extra mile by being present, accessible, and genuinely invested in my students. Whether through mentoring, advising, or walking with them through challenges, I try to give them the support they need to thrive. I also work to strengthen our programs so students have meaningful, high-quality learning experiences that prepare them for service and success."
