Most recently, Dr. Chris Holdorf served as the Executive Director of the Global Water Center, a collaborative movement to get sustainable safe water to the 2.1B people who live in water and spiritual poverty. Dr. Holdorf has a diverse background in ministry and corporate experience. From 2016 to 2020, he served as the CEO of National Christian Foundation, the 6th largest charity in America and the largest faith-based foundation in the world. Dr. Holdorf’s experience also includes senior executive roles at Arthur Andersen & Co., Contel Corporation, GTE, and Southern Electric International.

Dr. Holdorf’s ministry background includes serving as the Senior Pastor of the 1,500-member Oak Hill Baptist Church in metro-Atlanta, and prior to that as Executive Pastor of First Redeemer Church in Cumming, Georgia, where he was instrumental in leading the church’s growth from 90 people at inception to over 4,500 members.

Dr. Holdorf holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, an honorary Doctor of Divinity from Emmanuel Theological Seminary in Kota, India, a Master of Arts in Theology from Liberty Theological Seminary, and a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. Dr. Holdorf is a former Certified Public Accountant and an ordained minister of the Gospel.

Dr. Holdorf has served as an Adjunct Professor at Charleston Southern University since 2019, and now as an Assistant Professor of Business in the Hans A. Nielsen College of Business at CSU. He enjoys flying, coastal boating, playing guitar, and hanging out with his five grandchildren.
