It’s your home away from home. For most of you, it’s your first time away from your family. We’ve been there. And we want to make you feel at HOME at CSU!

This is where you’ll sleep, study, stay up all night binge watching your favorite shows, avoid burning the popcorn, wash your own clothes and make memories with your roomies. Here’s a breakdown of the eight residence hall options at CSU:

Housing Options

Platinum Tier ($6,440 per semester)

Double Room w/ shared common space & bathroom spaces

The new Residence Hall, or “The Suites”, is the newest addition housing mostly upperclassmen. Female residents are housed in the left wing, and male residents are housed in the right wing. A suite consists of two double rooms, sharing a private study/lounge space and a bathroom with separate sink, toilet and shower areas. Each room contains a medium loft bed, study table with chair, dresser, wardrobe, and nightstand per resident. Residents also have access to exclusive building amenities including the third floor community kitchen, a large first floor laundry room, lounge, study rooms and an elevator.

Blue Tier ($5,795 per semester)

Double Room in suite w/ shared bathroom

Seven of eight residence halls offer the blue tier room type. This room type is joined by a shared bathroom with double rooms on either side. These four person suites are available in Quad 1, Quad 2, Quad 3, Russell East and West, and Women’s North and South.
