About Nathan C. Platt
Nathan C. Platt is a CSU alum who began his employment with CSU as a Professor in the Biology Department in 2025. He received his Masters in Organismal Biology from The Citadel in 2020. This fueled his passion for fossils and prehistoric life. Subsequently, he received his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa in Paleontology in 2025. His research is focused on the anatomy, phylogeny, and life history of crocodylomorphs.
