Kimberly Perkins holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University, a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in South Carolina. She has over 20 years of experience working as a full-time therapist in the private sector, psychiatric facilities, substance abuse treatment, residential treatment, outpatient community mental health, public schools, military installations, college settings and state agencies. Ms. Perkins has a broad range of clinical experience that includes working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, stress management, family/relationship concerns, addiction, trauma, domestic violence, legal issues and grief/loss. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and counseling to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
