Cameron Poyner Headshots

Cameron graduated from CSU for the first time in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies (Psychology minor) and is currently working on a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling.

He has been working at CSU since 2021, where he started out in the Office of the Registrar. After a few years there, he transitioned to Campus Ministries and now works there as a Graduate Assistant where he helps oversee much of the daily administration and discipleship efforts on campus.

Cameron and his wife, Laura (also a CSU alum), enjoy spending time together, hanging out with family and friends, traveling, trying new food and playing with their Miniature Schnauzer.

Your Purpose. Our Mission.

At CSU, you will be discipled. We want to guide students in discerning how the Lord has gifted them and how they can use these gifts for His glory. Whether through prayer, active participation, or both, our faculty and staff will push students to their God-given calling to fulfill their purpose. Our mission is to help students, discover how they can use their degree, no matter the discipline, for advancing the Gospel to the next generation- their personal workstation in the Great Commission.
