Signature Experiences
Throughout my career, I have led transformational initiatives that have strengthened institutions, expanded educational opportunities, and advanced philanthropic support. At Chowan University, I helped launch the University's first Early College, creating a new pathway for high school students to earn college credit while strengthening enrollment and community partnerships. During my tenure at Randolph Community College, I led institutional advancement efforts that doubled the Foundation's endowment, significantly increased private giving, and strengthened corporate and foundation partnerships. I have also directed comprehensive fundraising campaigns, secured major gifts, expanded alumni engagement, and implemented strategic advancement and stewardship initiatives that have enhanced long-term institutional sustainability.
Beyond fundraising, I have led organizational restructuring, strategic planning, enrollment initiatives, and cross-campus collaborations designed to improve operational effectiveness and position institutions for future growth. I have served on numerous community and professional boards and committees, partnering with business, civic, and educational leaders to strengthen communities and expand access to higher education. My passion is building meaningful relationships, developing high-performing teams, and creating innovative strategies that advance an institution's mission and create lasting impact.
