Master of Education Admissions

The Master of Education program at Charleston Southern University offers rolling admission year-round.

Admissions Process

The following requirements must be met to be eligible to apply for the program:

Step 1: Review Application Requirements

• Online Application
• Official transcripts from every previously attended college or university
• Two online recommendation forms (can be completed by teachers, coaches, and employers for Physical Education and Sport Coaching track)
• Resume
• Cumulative GPA of at least a 2.75
• Copy of active teaching certification (not required if pursuing M.Ed. in Physical Education and Sport Coaching)
• School Administration and Supervision PK-12 applicants must have at least one year of teaching experience*

*Please note that students must have at least three years of teaching experience to apply for certification at the end of the MEd in School Administration and Supervision PK-12.
