HSMPA Musical Instrument Sale
Pianos, Digital Pianos, and Violins Available for Public Purchase Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, December 15-17, 2022
The Horton School of Music at Charleston Southern University is excited to continue our partnership with the Rockley Family Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting music education. Through this partnership, Horton School of Music students and faculty have had the use of new first-class pianos on a no-cost basis for the 2021 school year. These instruments and others will be sold at a significant discount from retail pricing to continue this valuable program and provide additional resources to the Horton School of Music.
A large selection of grands, baby grands, digital player grands, vertical (upright) pianos, digital pianos, violins, violas, and cellos will be available. This event will feature starter to professional instruments from such famous makers as Steinway & Sons, Yamaha, Disklavier, Seiler, Clavinova, Stravari Fine Violins and many others. Most instruments are less than one year old, include a new factory warranty, are tuned, and ready to go. Delivery and technical services are provided by Fox Music. Special no-interest financing is available. Moreover, in most cases, a substantial portion of your purchase is considered as a charitable contribution to the Rockley Family Foundation and may be TAX DEDUCTIBLE.*
BY APPOINTMENT: You are invited to attend a special private-sale on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, December 15-17, along with our faculty and staff. This will give you an opportunity to purchase with priority in selection and price reductions. To secure a time call: 843-860-0488
This event will be held on campus on the Lightsey Chapel Auditorium stage, and in the Lightsey Music Building, which is connected to the chapel. The university address is 9200 University Blvd., North Charleston, SC 29406.
