Passport Fair
When: Thursday, November 10th
Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Where: The Health Science Building, Room 118
Renew or apply for the first time
No Appointment Needed
Go to travel.state.gov/passports and choose “I need a passport (first time)” or “I already have a passport (renew).”
Complete the form, print it out, and Bring the unsigned form to the event with your U.S. Citizenship evidence (and photocopy), Identification (with photocopy) and passport photo.
Bring check or money order made payable to the U.S. Department of State.
Visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply for a U.S. passport, required documents, fees, and photo requirements.
