Clay Target Team at CSU

By Brianna Parker | March 15, 2024

For four years now, Charleston Southern has offered students the opportunity to be a part of a Club Clay Target team. This is a coed team and has a running season from September through April. The team practices at the Partridge Creek Gun Club every week and compete nationally, including last year’s trip to the National Championship in Las Vegas!

Earlier this year, the club team traveled to Brooks, Kentucky for the ACUI/SCTP Meet, representing our Flying Bucs! Regan Martin and Madelyn Richburg finished first and second in their divisions, respectively.

If you are interested in joining this team, and have prior shooting experience, please feel free to contact Thomas Cousins at tcousins@csuniv.edu for more team information.
