The MA in organizational leadership program was designed with the working professional in mind. The degree will benefit professionals in military, nonprofit, church leadership, and other fields in broadening their understanding of organizational design, organizational behavior, and change leadership. It consists of 30 semester hours of credit, which includes foundation courses, core curriculum, capstone and electives. Students can take courses in the classroom, online or a combination of both.

  • Classroom: Residential courses are offered on campus one night a week from 6 -9, Monday through Thursday. Small class sizes (average of 12 students) ensure individual attention from our experienced professors.
  • Online: Web-based courses are geared to provide motivated learners greater flexibility as they read and discuss assignments and take online tests and quizzes. Students do not have to be online at a certain time; however, there are deadlines for assignments.
  • Blended: Blended courses are also an option for certain courses, combining online with residential.
