CSU announces 26th Annual Buc Club Golf Tournament

The Charleston Southern Athletic Department will host its 26th Annual Buc Club Golf Tournament on Monday, May 7, at The Links Course at Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms, S.C.

All proceeds from the event go to fund athletic scholarships at Charleston Southern University. The cost of the tournament is $200 per player and $800 per team.

“Charleston Southern Athletics is looking forward to hosting the 26th Annual Buc Club golf tournament this year,” Assistant Athletic Director for Development Tyler Davis said. “We have used this tournament to continue connecting with donors that we are so thankful for. We will strive for this year’s event to be the best ever. Thanks for being faithful CSU alums, supporters and family!”

The “Captain’s Choice” tournament begins with a noon check-in and lunch, followed by a 1 p.m. shotgun start.

Prizes for the tournament include various gifts courtesy of BSN Sports and Stokes Honda North. There will be prizes for the top three teams, as well as cash prizes for the Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin contests. There will also be an opportunity to win a car on one of the Par 3 holes with the Hole in One Challenge.

Lunch will be provided by Raising Cane’s with dinner courtesy of Willie Jewell’s Old School Bar-B-Q.
