Empowering camaraderie through the beautiful game, the Men’s Club Soccer thrives as a tight-knit community united by our passion for soccer. Committed to fostering skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork, they provide a platform for players to grow on and off the field. Through dedication, respect, and unwavering determination, the team aims to represent the spirit of competition while building lasting friendships that extend beyond the pitch.
E-Sports
The CSU E-Sports team stands on three pillars:
- To facilitate a community where casual and competitive gamers can come together for collaboration, creativity, and competition.
- To promote and facilitate competitive gaming at Charleston Southern University by participating in esports tournaments, events, and competitions.
- To create lifelong connections among members who share a passion for esports and gaming.
Membership is open to any Charleston Southern University student who expresses interest in esports, gaming, and competitive video gaming. Members are expected to be active participants in the club, engage in club activities, and maintain communication through Discord or other designated platforms. Members are also expected to pay a monetary due each semester to join or maintain their status as a club member. The price will be determined by the executive council on a semester basis.

Bass Fishing
The CSU Bass Fishing club is a competitive fishing team that travels across the state of South Carolina. The club helps anglers experience the competitive and tournament aspect of fishing. The team fishes year round in different tournament trails against top programs such as University of South Carolina, Coastal Carolina, Lander University, Presbyterian College, and more.
Fishing tournaments are once a month throughout the school year. Team meetings are generally on a weekly basis.

Are there fitness classes or open play opportunities available?
YES!
Full Body Faith classes are held every Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. Open volleyball is offered every Thursday at 9:00 p.m.
What are the rental policies?
Students can check out campus recreation items with their Student ID at the Brewer Center front desk. All items must be returned 15 minuted prior to closing. Items must stay within the campus recreation facilities at all times.

What are the peak hours?
Typically, the peak hours for the weight room and cardio room are 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Do I need to pay for a membership?
No membership needed!
Any current student, faculty, or staff member is allowed to use the facilities as long as the waiver has been signed, which can be found on a QR code at the Brewer Center front desk.
Lost and found
All items are turned into the front desk and then brought to the security office after one week.
