How long does it take to complete the degrees?
5.5 years, which is one of the fastest tracks available in the country to complete a B.S. in Kinesiology and DPT degree.
How many credit hours are required?
120 hours to complete the undergraduate portion of the emphasis, and 124 hours for the DPT program. Note that 8 to 9 hours of the DPT program count toward undergraduate credits.

What unique features and opportunities are available through the accelerated program?
Health Science Club (undergraduate-based)
All undergraduate students must complete an internship with a licensed physical therapist.
All graduate students must complete four clinical rotations across inpatient (for example, acute care) and outpatient settings (for example, orthopedics).
Faith integration aligns with CSU’s Christian mission by preparing physical therapists in a Christian environment that emphasizes compassionate care, service to others, and humility. The mission highlights training practitioners who deliver evidence-based clinical care while serving their community and profession with Christ-like character.
