The Dewey Center for Chaplaincy at Charleston Southern University offers academic programming for students seeking to enter the chaplain ministry as well as training for current chaplains. CSU intends to provide support for the more than 60 forms of chaplaincy careers.

Chaplaincy Degree
Earn a Bachelor of Arts in chaplaincy ministry to learn how to minister to people in your life, church and community with practical tools and confidence. Students may choose from either a major or minor.

Training
Take noncredit, certificate courses to develop your skills as a volunteer chaplain. We also offer conferences for professional chaplains seeking continuing education as they serve the community and glorify God.
