All that you are required to do to qualify for this scholarship is to attend any of the SLU events (101 – 401) before the start of your freshman year. Once you enroll at CSU, you need to maintain a 2.5 GPA during your time with us to maintain the scholarship.

No! SLU will let us know that you’ve attended and we’ll update your file at CSU to reflect this.

Yes, we have a dual enrollment program called CSU Scholars Academy. These courses are available on-campus and online. We also have partnered with the Strack Center for Global Leadership which allows students to begin courses today with CSU faculty and other globally recognized educators.

We have over 50 undergraduate majors including Biology, Christian Studies, Nursing, Student Ministry, and more! Many of these degrees are available online as well! Our most popular majors are Biology, Business, Education, Kinesiology, and Nursing. We also have over a dozen graduate programs and Doctorates in Education and Physical Therapy (starting 2023).

Our tuition cost (includes books) for 2021-2022 is set at $28,630 for the full year. Our room and board cost (includes unlimited meal plan) ranges from $10,400 to $13,500 for the full year. CSU Scholars Academy costs $275 per 3 credit hour course; textbooks are not included in this cost.

All accepted students at CSU receive an academic merit-based scholarship. Traditional Undergraduate scholarships range from $5,000 up to $17,000 per year. Students may be eligible for additional scholarships. For more information, please visit the scholarship page for eligibility and requirements.

CSU competes at the Division 1 level within the Big South Conference. Our men’s sports include Football, Baseball, Basketball, Golf, Cross Country and Track and Field. Our women’s sports include Basketball, Golf, Soccer, Tennis, Volleyball, Cross Country and Track and Field.
